ADMINISTRATION

LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lines of responsibility are defined so that each member of the staff:

1. Is informed of the district's organizational structure.

2. Understands his or her responsibilities and to whom (s)he reports.

3. Knows the person from whom (s)he may attain professional assistance in carrying out his or her responsibility.

4. Is kept advised of the policies and progress of the district.
