ADMINISTRATION

COMMITTEES AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Board of Education encourages the administrative staff to create appropriate councils and committees to involve the staff in periodic discussions that:

1. Foster good communications within the staff.

2. Allow members of the staff to have a voice in the development of policies and curriculum and in the making of decisions affecting them.

3. Establish reasonable and easily used avenues of communication for the public, the pupils and the staff to convey ideas and feelings regarding the operation of the schools.
