II.                Discuss and vote to approve the Assignment and Assumption of Agreement for the Transportation of Students relating to the Transportation Contract Between the Litchfield Board of Education and Laidlaw Transit, Inc. from Laidlaw Transit, Inc. to All Star Transportation, LLC and authorize the Superintendent to execute said Consent.
