LITCHFIELD BOARD OF EDUCATION

SPECIAL MEETING

JULY 16, 2008

A special meeting of the Litchfield Board of Education was held on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at 6: 00 p.m. at Education Connection, Goshen Road, Litchfield, CT.

Meeting convened at 6:27 p.m.

Board members present were: Mr. Katzin, Chairperson; Ms. Carr; Ms. Fabbri; Ms. Reardon; Messrs. Falcetti, Gorman, Noone, Shuhi, and Simone. Also present was Mr. Robert Rader and Lisa Steimer of CABE.

MOTION made by Mr. Simone and seconded by Mrs. Reardon: to move to executive session at 6:29 p.m. for the purpose of a board self-evaluation.

MOTION carried. All votes were in the affirmative. There were no abstentions.

All board members, Mr. Rader and Ms. Steimer were in attendance.

Open session resumed at 9:00 p.m.

No action taken.

MOTION made by Ms. Carr and seconded by Ms. Fabbri: to adjourn the meeting at 9:02 p.m.

MOTION carried. All votes were in the affirmative. There were no abstentions.
