LITCHFIELD BOARD OF EDUCATION

SPECIAL MEETING

Febuary 1, 2005

A special meeting of the Litchfield Board of Education was held on Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. in the Superintendent’s Office Conference Room.

            Present were:  Mrs. Knox, Chairperson; Mrs. Reardon; Messrs. Costa, Fairchild, and Shuhi.  Mr. Noone arrived at 6:50 p.m.  Also present, James Chittum, Interim Superintendent.

Interim Superintendent – Discussion of Goals and Evaluation

                        MOTION made by Mr. Costa and seconded by Mr. Fairchild: to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing with the Interim Superintendent expectations for his performance.

                                    MOTION carried.  All votes were in the affirmative.  There were no abstentions.

Mr. Noone arrived (6:50 p.m.) and was invited to attend.

Open session resumed at 7:40 p.m.

No action taken.

                        MOTION made by Mr. Costa and seconded by Mr. Fairchild:  to adjourn the meeting at 7:42 p.m.

                                    MOTION carried.  All votes were in the affirmative.  There were no abstentions.
