New Hires for LHS:

We have completed the initial screening of the several hundred applications we have received for our various openings for the 2013-14 school year.  Coordinators will be assembling teams to conduct interviews and to observe model lessons (an ideal format for garnering student feedback).  After a brief second interview, each team will arrive at a recommendation for hire to the superintendent.

Graduation:

The commencement exercises of the Class of 2013 will be held on June 26, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Warner Theater in Torrington, Connecticut.  All graduates are provided with 10 tickets; however, if more are required, please contact the Main Office.  Also, please return any unused tickets to the Main Office.

Advanced Placement Testing:

Advanced Placement Testing will be conducted in the library during the next two weeks. A complete schedule is available through our Guidance Office.
