ADMINISTRATION

LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lines of responsibility are defined so that each member of the staff:

1. Is informed of the district's organizational structure.
2. Understands their responsibilities and to whom they report.
3. Knows the person from whom they may attain professional assistance in carrying out their responsibility.
4. Is kept advised of the policies and progress of the district regularly via school and district administration.
